One day, in the afternoon, during a casual walk around her office, a friend came upon a ridiculous sight. It was a post-lunch stroll, so one can assume her cognitive powers were nowhere near their sharpest. But this sight still managed to bomb her brain. Walking across her, and speeding up towards her at an awkward speed, was a short, podgy man eminently unremarkable. But then there was the tee-shirt he was
wearing. It was some shade of blue, with white letters scrawled over it. "Kiss me, I am SMRT". 

Seriously?!

As a shell-shocked expression enveloped the friend's face, the man seemed to slow down just a trifle. He threw confused glances at her, looked almost sorry, and ambled off. A few breaths later, the girl is rolling with laughter.

Now, you may ask, why do some people do this to others? The answer is, no one knows! It is just one of those mind-boggling mysteries of the universe that may need complicated algorithms to decipher.

We know, tee-shirts are cool. And we know, Tee-shirts with funny sayings are cooler. But c'mon guys, don't try so hard! If you were born smart but education ruined you, then don't flaunt your idiocy so blatantly!

When buying a tee, 'look' at it. Fish out your smart phone, access dictionary.com and check the spellings for heaven's sake. Secondly, 'imagine' someone else wearing that same tee. If your imaginary reaction is either a smirk or a goofy smile or outright laughter, keep that bloody tee down and run! Not like there's just one good tee out there eh? 

Tee-shirts with sayings obviously look good only as long as the saying makes sense. Or are complete non-sense. There is no middle ground here Earthlings.

With the advent of anything good, there is an avalanche of the cheaper, less smart fake versions. Tee-shirts are the same. For every subtly smart tee out there, there are a 1000 tacky disastrous ones. Keep your senses, and your dictionaries, around you whenever you go tee shopping. You can't ever be too careful here!
